Clairece Rosati Yoga
Clairece began practicing yoga in Portland OR in 2000 and was immediately hooked! A performer with a demanding schedule she was elated at the ease, focus and calm she experienced after just one class and has been practicing ever since. Motivated by how instrumental her Yoga practice was to her own injury recovery after an auto accident in 2007 she received her YTT 200 Hour Hatha Flow Certification from Herizen Yoga in beautiful Baja Sur Mexico and is a RYT through Yoga Alliance.
In addition to performing and teaching yoga, over the last ten years Clairece has managed yoga programs and worked in physical med. and rehab in both integrated and traditional medical clinics. She brings the comprehensive knowledge learned working with physicians, practitioners, therapists and other teachers to both her flow and restorative yoga classes.
Her creative and mindfully designed Yoga and Yoga-Pilates Fusion classes integrate meditation and breath work with a focus on alignment and conscious assists to support students in achieving improved balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. In a large group or working one on one, Clairece's strongly held belief that Yoga is for everybody sets the atmosphere of safety, care, and openness that allows students to explore and develop their own Yoga practice.

Clairece also offers private and group instruction in a series she calls "The Whole Instrument". In these sessions she combines breath work, alignment principles and Yoga Asana in a holistic approach developed over the years to support vocalists and public speakers to find ease, flexibility, confidence and strength in their body and voice.
