The holidays can be a blessed, and stressed time of year. Often leaving us over committed and challenged to maintain our regular fitness and wellness routines. The long dark days of winter, busy with gatherings and all things merry and "spirited" followed by Netflix marathons and left over Christmas cookies can result in physical stagnation, foggy fatigue, and a sluggish immune system, not to mention winter weight gain. To reverse residual stagnation before Spring and get back on track and feeling better then ever, commit to or re-commit to a regular Yoga practice.
After taking a break myself to relax and re-set I will be available starting Jan 10th 2017, for private and group private Yoga and Yoga/Pilates classes tailored to meet your needs and desired results. One of the many advantages of privates is you can choose week to week what you need. Recovering from a flu? I can design a class for rest and recovery. Need to re-boot & balance your system after too much alcoholic and sugar? We can focus on a detox flow. Need to rev your metabolism to burn off some of those extra holiday calories? We can practice a fat burning sequence to boost metabolism and build muscle. I love building relationships with my private clients to support them in tuning in to what they need and helping to provide the tools to meet those needs as they change and grow!
