Held in the location of your choice, Clairece provides class reminders, all yoga accessories, curated playlists, aromatherapy and a customized plan to reach your yoga and wellness goals.

Types of Yoga Classes to choose From

 

Hatha Yoga

Classical yoga asana (postures), breath work, and gentle warming movements to build strength, flexibility and relaxation. Focus on standing poses and basic seated work that is suitable for all levels.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and active style of yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building and suitable for the physically active.

 

Gentle Yoga

Don’t let the title fool you—this class is a workout. Gentle Yoga allows time to hold each pose, breathe and deepen the pose as you’re able, building strength and reducing tension. Instructors are ready to provide modifications so that participants of any age and ability can enjoy Gentle Yoga.

 

Yoga Pilates Fusion

Yoga Pilates Fusion is a perfect hybrid class - combining the precision and control required in Pilates, and the restorative benefits of Yoga. Leave feeling longer, stronger and more connected to your body and breath. Suitable for the physically active.
