Clairece was inspired by her own personal practice and love for Yoga and Pilates to begin teaching in 2007. Her creative and mindfully designed Yoga classes focus on alignment and conscious assists to support students of all levels in achieving improved balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Clairece is excited to bring these same principles to her Yoga/Pilates Fusion class integrating traditional moves from Yoga and Pilates with a focus on strength, flexibility and fun! Clairece is a registered RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance.
